Troubleshooting

The most common issue that prevents students from progressing through this activity is a student’s screen being too zoomed in to see the reply button. The picture above is what your screen should look like while progressing through the activity. If you do not see the reply button, please try doing the following:

  • Zoom out
  • Use a different device, ideally a laptop or desktop

If none of these solutions work, please submit a helpdesk ticket and include a screenshot.
